Can I still cancel/edit my order?
We can still cancel/edit your order as long as the order is not in transit.

My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received my package.
In case the package shows as delivered, but you have not received anything, We advise checking with your neighbours first as they might have received your package in your name.

I still haven’t received an update on my tracking code.
It may take some time to receive an update on your order, depending on what courier you’re using and where the package is being shipped to.
