Shipping Policy

At Adore Pink, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, and we take great care in shipping your orders as quickly as possible.

Processing and Shipping Time

  • We process and ship all orders the same day, provided the order is placed before 3 PM NZT.
  • Once your order is dispatched, shipping can take up to 15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • We work with trusted couriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

  • After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within New Zealand.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Adore Pink. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help!

Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns can either be done in-store at our address: 1/5 Waipa Street, Birkenhead, Auckland 0626 or by mailing the product back to us. In case of mailing the product, customer will be responsible for the mailing charges.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please contact us at support@adorepink.co.nz to initiate a return request.
  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Customer will be responsible for putting on the return label.

Non-returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Items on sale or discounted (unless specified otherwise)

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
